1. INTRODUCTION:


Mn13 and 65MN are common wear-resistant steel plate materials, mainly used for wear-resistant parts and equipment in industries such as mining, construction, metallurgy, and coal. They have the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, and Strong compression resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh working environments.


Advantage:

High hardness: Both MN13 and 65MN have high hardness and have excellent wear resistance.

Good toughness: MN13 and 65MN have good toughness, and are not easy to break or crack during use.

Good processability: MN13 and 65MN can be processed by cutting, punching, bending, etc., with strong applicability.

Strong compression resistance: MN13 and 65MN have high compressive strength and can withstand greater pressure.


Production Process:

The production process of MN13 and 65MN mainly adopts the hot rolling process, and the high strength and wear resistance of the steel plate are realized by controlling the rolling temperature and rolling method. In the production process, the steel plate also needs to go through quality inspection and surface treatment to ensure that the quality and performance of the product meet the standard requirements.


2. APPLICATION:


MNB and 65MN are widely used in wear-resistant parts and equipment in mining machinery, construction machinery, metallurgical machinery, coal machinery, cement machinery and other industries, such as excavator bucket teeth, loader blades, crusher tooth plates, rail vehicle gears, oil fields Drilling equipment, etc.
